DROPTRAX® is a barcode based slot drop tracking system. It is designed specifically for the drop, count and audit functions in the casino. It employs the latest software and programming features. DROPTRAX® does not require slot machine retrofits. It provides information to the count and audit teams to research possible errors or variances on previous Drops or Counts.

- After the operator enters their ID then the machines are scanned in this order.
- Machine number, container coming out then the container going into the machine. This process takes 3 seconds per machine.
- A machine number can’t be scanned as a container number and vise versa.
- At the end of the drop, the scanner is placed in the base station and synced via ethernet to the computer.
-If the scanner does not sync to the computer, then data can be retrieved via USB.
- The container barcode is then scanned in the room.
- The system matches the container to the machine it came out of and prints the control document for the currency counter.
- Once the control document is printed DROPTRAX is done.
- When all containers are scanned the count is completed.
- A back up of the database is put on an external device.
THE MANAGER WEBSITE ALLOWS THE COUNT TEAM AND OR AUDIT TO VIEW AND PRINT REPORTS AS NEEDED. ANY QUESTIONS OR PROBLEMS FROM CURRENT OR PREVIOUS COUNTS CAN BE RESEARCHED.

-Under the Configuration tab the machine option, machines can be removed, added or location changed.
